Sequence Alignments Pairwise Sequence Alignments (dot matrix, dynamic programming-local and global alignments), Multiple Sequence Alignments.
Database Sequence Search Training includes BLAST and FASTA Search Algorithms and BLOSUM and PAM Matrices, and assessing the statistical significancd of sequence similarity.
Gene Prediction This section contains the principle of probability and hidden markov chain and how this techniques applied to scan sequence.
