The NanoDrop ND-1000 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer provides full spectrum UV-Vis absorbance analyses (220-750 nm) which enables highly accurate analyses of 1 ul samples (DNA, RNA, Protein, dyes, and microbial cell culture) with remarkable reproducibility, eliminating the need for most dilutions.

This microplate reader is an eight-channel, vertical pathlength photometer that measures the absorbance of the contents of the wells of 96-well microtitration plates. It can perform single or dual wavelength measurements, and can report absorbance values to three decimal places. Micoroplate reader allows us to monitor cell growth, monitor gene expression through reporter gene activity, determine protein or DNA concentrations in samples, and even detect protein-protein interactions.

Ultrospec 3000 is a high-specification, stand-alone, Pharmacopoeia-compliant UV/Visible spectrophotometer with integral liquid crystal display and graphical user interface. Built-in applications software includes five modes for nucleic acid quantification and seven modes for protein studies, including Bradford, Lowry, Biuret, and BCA.

A two-line, 20-character LCD readout displays easy-to-understand data in absorbance (-0.1 to +2.5), %transmittance (0 to 125%) or concentration (0 to 1999). The readout also provides information concerning instrument status, prompts for setup or change of parameters, and instrument diagnostic information. LCD can display information in English, French, German, Portuguese or Spanish. Unit operates continuously over a wavelength range of 325 to 1100nm without filter or detector changes.
