The electric field generated by this system makes both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells briefly permeable to biological molecules such as nucleic acids, proteins, and other molecules into a wide variety of cells. Enabling cells uptake of exogenous molecules from the surrounding medium, electroporation provides an effective alternative to other physical and chemical methods of transfection and transformation.

Applied Biosystems 7300 Real-time PCR System combines thermal cycling,fluorescence-dye technology, and application-specific software,enabling you to detect the cycle-by-cycle accumulation of PCR products in a single-tube reaction. The Features of Applied Biosystems 7300 Real-Time PCR System are listed as below;
